- All addresses must contain street names – PO Boxes are not acceptable
- Consignee name and telephone number must be shown on documentation
- All transit times are quoted in working days
- All shipments must be prepaid before departure. We accept all major credit cards
- Personal effects to EU only – packing list required.
Pro-Forma / Commercial Invoices
- In accordance with security regulations, please ensure that all non-document items are presented with a full and accurate description of the goods on the pro-forma/
commercial invoice.
- UBX requires a minimum of 3 copies of the invoice for processing purposes.

Step 1 - Obtain your Quote!
Use our online quotation engine to calculate the cost of sending your shipment to over 500 destinations around the world. Our industry leading quotation engine searches the air-cargo rates of multiple airlines - to ensure that we can give you the best quote everytime! For UBX "To Door" quotations, please ensure you select the Express-UBX option under choice of services in our Quote and book quotation system.
Optional Extras!
1) Collection - we can save you the hassle for coming to our offices by arranging to have your shipment collected nationwide!
2) Economy verses Express - our Express service ensures that your shipment is sent on the next available flight - where as, with our Economy service, your shipment will be sent on our once or twice weekly consolidated service.
Step 2 - Make a Booking!
Once you have obtained your quote, please confirm it by completing our online booking form.
Step 3 - Complete Export Forms
Once you have received your Order Reference number, please proceed to our "Forms" page and follow the step-by-step instructions for completing the relevant export documents - which will help to ensure the safe and speedy arrival of your shipment at the country of final destination.
Step 4 - Track & Trace!
When your shipment is confirmed on a flight, we will issue you with a unique Master Airway Bill (MAWB) or House Airway Bill (HAWB) number - which can be used to track your consignment in real time. Log-on to our website to follow the progress of your shipment or click through to the airlines' cargo website to track your shipment on their system, using your tracking number. You can also use our worldwide Track & Trace button on the left hand navigation bar of our web site.
Step 5 - Collect your "To Airport " shipments
Once your shipment arrives at its airport of final destination, the airline concerned or its handling agent will call you to tell you that it has arrived. You will need to collect your paperwork from the airline or agent and pay any handling fees due to them. You will then need to proceed to Customs to have your forms stamped, before returning to the airline or agent who will release your shipment to you.

Step 6 - Delivered to Door shipments
Our agent will clear and deliver your shipment for you at your destination country. Before your baggage is delivered to your door, you will need to settle all customs duties/taxes, customs examinations if any are levied. Before signing any release forms, please ensure that your UBX shipment has not been tampered with. No claim can be submitted after signing receipt for the baggage. Your UBX shipment will then be handed over to you. |
