Step 1 - Obtain your Quote!

Step 2 - Make a Booking!
Once you have obtained your quote, please confirm it by completing our online booking form.
Step 3 - Complete Export Forms
Once you have received your Order Reference number, please proceed to our "Forms" page and follow the step-by-step instructions for completing the relevant export documents - which will help to ensure the safe and speedy arrival of your excess baggage at the country of final destination.
Step 4 - Track & Trace!
When your excess baggage is confirmed on a flight, we will issue you with a unique Master Airway Bill (MAWB) or House Airway Bill (HAWB) number - which can be used to track your consignment in real time. Log-on to our website to follow the progress of your excess baggage shipment or click through to the airlines' cargo website to track your baggage on their system, using your tracking number. You can also use our worldwide Track & Trace button on the left hand navigation bar of our web site.
Step 5 - Collect your Excess Baggage - If it is a To Airport shipment
Once your excess baggage arrives at its airport of final destination, the airline concerned or its handling agent will call you to tell you that it has arrived. You will need to collect your paperwork from the airline or agent and pay any handling fees due to them. You will then need to proceed to Customs to have your forms stamped, before returning to the airline or agent who will release your excess baggage to you.

Step 6 - Delivered to Door!
Our agent will clear and deliver your excess baggage for you at your destination country. Before your baggage is delivered to your door, you will need to settle all customs duties/taxes, customs examinations if any are levied. Before signing any release forms, please ensure that your excess baggage has not been tampered with. No claim can be submitted after signing receipt for the baggage. Your excess baggage will then be handed over to you.
