This course has a flat layout, sand brown greens, grassed fairways and the magnificent Towerkop as a constant mountain backdrop. The small clubhouse incorporates a bar. Restaurants in the town of Ladismith serve as a halfway house. Caddies are available for hire on Saturdays. The club is open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 16h00 and, on Saturdays from 10h00.

| The
tree-lined fairways are green, thanks to the committee who introduced a
water reticulation system that has managed to defy the natural aridity of the environment. Pepper trees are an unusual feature of this course. There is a putting green and caddies, golf carts, trolleys and clubs are available for hire. The small clubhouse incorporates a large and welcoming bar, a halfway house and a Pro Shop. Visitors are welcome. The Swartberg Pass, considered one of the most spectacular and breathtaking passes in Africa, provides a route from Prince Albert (Central Karoo) to Oudtshoorn (Klein Karoo). Meiringspoort (Swartberg mountains) is also one of the more spectacular routes between the Central Karoo and the Klein Karoo. Montagu Pass (Outeniqua mountains) is an old scenic link between George (Garden Route) and Oudtshoorn, whereas the Outeniqua Pass is the more direct link between the two towns. |
